May 1st Food diary

Coffee for breakfast 🤦‍♀️

A chicken cob salad from Lazy Dog, but no dressing or blue cheese with two 20 oz bottles of water.

Dinner was a potatoes with eggs. I ended up still being extremely hungry after this and made a grilled cheese sandwich.

Potatoes, onion, red and green bell peppers, garlic, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper topped with parsley.

Over all, this was not the best and most nutritional day one. I’m going to finish my cinnamon tea and then sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better.
