Day 2 food dairy

I had a very late start to my day, not getting up until about 2 in the afternoon. I was starving when I got up! So, I took my medicine, drank a bottle of water, and relaxed for an about half an hour. I ended up making chocolate chip kodiac pancakes for my “breakfast”. This was my first time trying these, and I got to say they were delicious and super filling! I ended up making these with eggs and milk instead of water and added a half a teaspoon of vanilla for some added flavor. I topped them with some raspberries, blueberries,, and blackberries. I also drank some vanilla and carmel chai tea to add some caffeine and water and went on with my day.

I watched a ton of YouTube videos all day and didn’t move. I’m feelimg extra sluggish today sadly.

I started feeling a little hungry but not so much so that I wanted to cook anything, so I decided to have a smallish snack of Greek yogurt with chia seeds and cashews. 😋

And that was it on the healthy food. After this I had cinnamon toast crunch for lunch and a burger and fries for dinner. I just have to tell myself that I’m taking baby steps and change won’t happen over night.
